The "SFBS-UN" is a grinding unit specifically designed for ball screws and external diameter screw grooves. The vertical mechanism improves the uniformity of the finish on both sides of the screw grooves. It is capable of achieving surface precision of Ra 0.1 to 0.05, which was not possible with conventional methods.
